The Bible makes it plain when it comes to salvation, the book of John 3:3: "Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdowm of God." You like
Nicodemus may ask, How can a man be born again? A man can be born again through belief in the death, the burial, and the ressurection of the Lord Jesus Christ. You see that right there is the gospel. In order to be saved, you must realize that you are lost. You must admit that you are a sinner. The Bible puts it plain in the book of Romans 3:23, "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;" That is each and every one of us. We have all told lies, been disobedient to parents, we all sin and we are all guilty before God. Romans 6:23 says this,"For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."
What you and I deserve is hell. That is what the wages of sin gets us. You see wages are what we are owed. We go to work and earn a wage, that is what we are owed. Sins wages was seperation from God in eternity in a place called hell. Jesus came and gave His life so that you would never have to see that awful place. Jesus gives salvation to all that would believe on Him. Would you believe that Jesus died for you?
Would you believe that He rose again on the third day?
Would you admit what you are? A sinner.
Pray with me right now. Believe it in your heart and God will save you right where you are at. You see you don't have to be in a church to get saved. You can be saved anywhere.
Lord I believe you died for me.
